Returns & Exchange Policy

The Original Paintings offered for sale on this site are 'one of its own' kind of product. The actual colors may look different than appearing on the screen, though we have taken every effort to make them look as they are. As such, no returns or exchange of 'Original Painting' shall be accepted. The refund, return or exchange request on account of damaged product shall not be entertained in case of 'Original Paintings'. 

The Authorized Prints are eligible for exchange in case the package is damaged in transit. The damaged print can be exchanged against the print of the same painting or print of any other painting for same value. No refund or return request shall be entertained other than those specified in the Refund Policy.

In case of exchange, you may send the product / products & its invoice through a reliable courier to Studio Mrunal, F-901, Indradhanu, 85/1, Paud Road, Pune - 410 038, India. We will not responsible of reimbursement courier charges. You must have to pay your courier charges.
